Aj kl ke time mein bimariya ek aam bt bn chuki hai. Jisko dekho kisi na kisi bimariyo se preshn hai. Or ho bhi ku na bhayyii hmara aas pass ka environment hi esa hai. Itna pollution itna garbage itna kuch. Vese to aj kl k time mein boht si bimariya normal bn chki hai jisme se back pain [kamr dard] and lower back pain ek hai. Phir use thanda hone de or thanda hone ke bad lehsun se alg krle. Apka lehsun ka tel taiyar hai. Isse malish krne se kamar dard se jldi aaram milega.

vese to adrak ka istemal ulti ane pr kiya jata hai lekin adrak mein mojud element kamar dard [back pain] ke liye boht labhkari hai.
Kamar dard mein adrak ki chaye peeni chaiye.
Dard wale bhaag mein tel se malish krne k bd adrak ka paste bnakr lgana chaiye.
Adark ki chaye mein sehad milakr peene s jldi aaram milta hai.
Adrak ki chaye kese banye:-
Taaji adrak ko 2-3 cup paani mein dal kr 5-10 min ublalae de. Phir use thanda hone de or chaan le. Jbtk aaram nhi aaye ap ise 2-3 br bhi pee skte hai.

Kamar dard [back pain] mein tulsi ke pato ka bhi upyog kr skte hai. Isme tulsi ke patto ki chaye pina sbse bdiya h.
Ek cup mein 8-10 tusli ke patte dal kr hlki gus pr ubale or aadha reh jane ka wait kre. Phir use thande hone de or uske bd chhan kr alg krle . uske thoda sa namak mila le. Kamar dard [back pian] ke liye roj ise 1 br jrur piye.

Sbse pehle aap ek muthi wheat ko raat bhr paani mein bheega de. Subah uise kutkr ghas powder and dhaniya milaye. Ise ek cup milk mein gada hone ke liye ubale. Apka mixture ready ahi. Ache result ke liye ise 2 br piye.
