Aj kl ke time mein back pain/kamar dard ek aam bt bn chuki hai jo ki roj ki simple si activites ki wjh se bhi ho jati hai or sbse jyada preshani to ek trf ke kamar dard mein hoti hai jo ya to  left side ya right side hota hai. yha apko is ek trf mein kamar dard ko thik krne ke kuch upaye milege.
