toe touches ko khade hokr krne s apki backbone[kamar ki hadi] pr jor pd skta hai jisse dard lambe time tk reh skta hai agr koi bhi vyayam[exercise] apko 15 min s jyada time tk dard mehsoos kraye to use na krna hi achaa hota hai.

Skip the sit-up

- Sbse pehle kamar k sahare jamin pr let jaye
- apni ek tang ko sidha rakh kr dusri ko ghutno s mode
- fir, apni sidhi tang ko dhire s jamin s upr uthaye 6 inch tk or thodi der usi trh s rhe.
- fir, dhire s tang ko niche laye. or ise 10 br kre uske bd dusri tang k sth bhi.
[leg lift is considered as one of the most important exercises for the betterment of our lower muscles because it makes our lower muscles strong. but doing this in lining on the ground and up lifting your both legs may become a reason of injury. doing this back pain exercise in the right way is important and its steps are given below:

- Then keeping one leg straight and another bent from the knee.
- Then slowly lift your straight leg around 6 inch and keep another untouched.
- then slowly put down the leg.
- do this for 10 times with the same leg and the switch your another leg.
